Affiliate Program Terms

Agreement for Partners & Marketers

1. Enrollment & Approval

By filling out the signup form, you agree to become an Affiliate Partner of Pro Signal AI. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Accounts creating false profiles or using automated scripts will be deleted.

2. Commission Structure

• Rate: You earn a fixed percentage (as set by Admin, typically 20-30%) on every successful sale generated through your unique referral link.
• Tracking: We use a 30-day cookie system. If a user clicks your link and buys within 30 days, you get the commission.
• Recurring: If specified in your dashboard, commissions may apply to plan renewals as long as the user remains active.

3. Payout Rules

• Minimum Threshold: You must have a minimum balance of ₹500 to request a withdrawal.
• Methods: Payouts are processed via UPI or Bank Transfer (India) or USDT (International, if approved).
• Timing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 hours. However, in some cases, it may take up to 7 working days.
• Verification: Admin checks the validity of earnings before approving payouts. Suspicious earnings will be held for investigation.

4. Allowed Promotion Methods

✅ You CAN:

• Share links on social media (YouTube, Telegram, Twitter/X, Instagram).
• Write blogs or make videos reviewing the tool.
• Run paid ads (Google/Facebook) directing to your review page.

❌ You CANNOT:

• Spam comments on other people's posts or communities.
• Make false claims (e.g., "Guaranteed 100% Profit"). You must disclose that trading involves risk.
• Bid on our brand keywords (e.g., "Pro Signal AI") in search engine ads (Brand Bidding).

5. Termination

Pro Signal AI reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account if you violate these terms or engage in any fraudulent activity. Upon termination, any unpaid earnings may be withheld.
