- Payment Data: Transaction IDs (UTR), Payment Screenshots (for manual verification), and payment status. Note: We do NOT store credit card or net banking login details on our servers.
- Extension Usage Data: When you click "Scan" or "Analyze", our extension captures a screenshot of the visible chart tab. This image is sent to our servers/AI temporarily for analysis.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you and manage your subscription credits.
- To process payments via Razorpay or UPI verification.
- To analyze chart images using AI (Google Vision/Gemini) and return trading signals.
- To calculate affiliate commissions and process partner payouts.
- To send important service updates or password reset emails.
3. Chrome Extension Permissions
Our Pro Signal AI Chrome Extension requires specific permissions to function:
- activeTab / Scripting: Required to capture the trading chart image for analysis only when you click the capture button. We do not spy on your browsing history.
- Storage: To store your login token locally so you don't have to log in every time.
- Host Permissions: To communicate with our secure API (prosignalai.com) for processing data.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. However, we use trusted third-party services:
- Google AI (Gemini): Chart images are processed by Google's AI models to generate signals. Images are not stored permanently by us for public use.
- Razorpay: For processing online payments securely.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- All passwords are hashed using Bcrypt encryption.
- All API communication is encrypted via SSL (HTTPS).
- Payment proofs are stored in secured server directories.
