1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using Pro Signal AI (Website or Chrome Extension), you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue using our services.

2. Nature of Service (No Advisory)

You agree and understand that:

The "Signals" or "Analysis" provided by this tool are generated by Artificial Intelligence based on historical mathematical data and price action geometry.
No human verifies these signals in real-time.
These outputs are for Educational and Reference purposes only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Pro Signal AI, its owners, developers, or affiliates be liable for:

Any direct, indirect, or consequential loss of profit or capital incurred by using this software.
Failures due to internet connection, server downtime, or AI hallucination (errors).
Your inability to execute a trade on your broker's platform.

By using this tool, you waive your right to take any legal action against Pro Signal AI for trading losses.

4. Subscription & No-Refund Policy

Since we provide non-tangible digital goods (Software Credits/Access), we have a strict NO REFUND policy.

Once a plan is purchased and credits are added to your account, the transaction is considered final.
No partial refunds will be given for unused credits.
In case of a payment failure where money is deducted but not credited, we will refund the amount within 5-7 working days upon verification.

5. Fair Usage Policy

Your license to use Pro Signal AI is personal and non-transferable. You agree NOT to:

Share your login credentials or API Key with others.
Use automated bots or scripts to scrape our data.
Resell the analysis generated by our tool as your own "Tips" or "Calls".

Violation of these rules will result in an immediate permanent ban without refund.

6. Manual Payments (Anti-Fraud)

Users opting for manual UPI/USDT payments must upload valid screenshots containing the Transaction ID (UTR). Uploading fake, edited, or duplicate screenshots constitutes fraud. Such accounts will be blocked, and the IP address will be blacklisted permanently.

7. Updates & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms, pricing, or features at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
